how are we?

The questions I get asked a lot is if I'm okay? how am I coping with it all? do we need anything..

Truthfully, I'm actually really great! I wasn't but as the days goes by it does get easier, trust me. As a mum of 2 its hard to even get a minute of peace to even think about anything, I guess that's a good thing though.
as for people asking if we need anything.. I never ask for anything, as I hate asking people for things.

Daisy is now 11 weeks old, She's a right little chubster, almost fully in 3/6 months clothes. She has a very strong neck and almost keeping her head up. she'll do it for a while and get tired and it'll just flop. She's constantly smiling at us, which is the best feeling in the world for a mum of a daughter who is deaf. We had another first tonight and Daisy actually laughed for the first time. I didn't think we'd ever hear her laugh just yet, but clearly acting like a prat does the trick! She is getting such a little character already, and we couldn't be anymore prouder of her. The hearing aids still have no improvement's. were just waiting to hear of Nottingham now to meet the consultant there so we can put the cochlear implants operation in place.

Amelia-Lily absolutely loves her little sister! Forever kissing her, hugging her. She never leaves her alone! The way they are with each other is like a bond like no other and it is so lovely to watch. I cant wait to watch them grow up together and hopefully have a special bond.

Bradley is doing good. He keeps his emotions bottled in. Unless I drag it out of him, ill never know how he feels. He's pretty upset about it all, but who isn't. luckily I deal with things a lot better than what he does. He just wants Daisy to be able to hear the world, hear us. She will one day very soon, we hope.
